Brand new/sealed iPhones come with a 5-month warranty. Certified pre-owned iPhones also come with a 5-month limited warranty covering repairs or replacements. Damage caused by misuse or accidental damage is not covered.
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Choose from Courier Guy Standard (R100), Courier Express overnight delivery (R250), PEP Paxi store pickup (R100), PostNet to PostNet (R100), or Local Taxi Express (R150). You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.
Brand new/sealed phones can be returned within 7 days if undamaged and in original packaging. Certified pre-owned iPhones cannot be returned or refunded.
Yes! We offer a 3-month lay-by on original prices and 2 months on sale prices. Payments are made via EFT. A 40% cancellation fee applies if you cancel your lay-by.
Trade-ins are accepted for devices starting from iPhone 8 with proof of purchase from Accessory World. We evaluate your device and flash it in your presence to avoid any challenges.
