Come with a 5-month warranty.
Certified Pre-Owned
Come with a limited warranty for repairs or replacements within 5 months of purchase. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Delivery & Shipping
Collection
Customers may choose to collect purchased iPhones from our store.
Shipping
Shipping charges are added, and we are not responsible for any delays or damage during transit.
Returns & Refunds
Brand New / Sealed
We offer a 7-day return period, provided the item is not damaged and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection, including deductions for any damage or missing accessories.
Certified Pre-Owned
Cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
Return the item to any of our stores or ship it back to the store from which you bought it.
Include the original receipt or proof of purchase and ensure the item is repackaged with all accessories.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, based on the original payment method.
Lay-by & Trade-In Policy

3 months on original prices, 2 months on sale prices.
Payment
Payments are made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Cancellation Fee
A 40% cancellation fee applies if you cancel your lay-by.
Example
For an iPhone 8 priced at R3,000, monthly payments of R1,500 for 2 months will total R3,000. The item will be released after full payment has been made.
Trade-In Policy
Eligible Devices: Trade-ins are accepted for devices starting from iPhone 8 and require proof of purchase from Accessory-World.
Device Evaluation: We will evaluate your device after receiving the proof of purchase, and the device will be flashed upon customer's presence in order to avoid unforeseen challenges. Should the device get locked to the owner or any other challenges arise, we are not liable.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, repairs, or delays caused by third-party services, including courier companies or payment gateways.
